PAYING FOR A PIGEON
After winning an auction, you will receive an email containing an order confirmation that will guide you through the payment process. This step must be repeated for each auction you win. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder as it is often the primary reason people have trouble finding payment instructions. So, please ensure to check your spam folder if you cannot locate the email.
Once payment for the pigeon is completed, it will be added to your orders tab, allowing you to keep a record of pigeons you’ve purchased in the past. A member of our staff will then reach out to you separately, providing all the necessary information for collecting your winning auctions.
